5 saffron strands
2tsp fresh lemon
4tbsp honey, sekanjabin or stevia rebaudiana
6-8 cups of cold water
Directions:
Put saffron strands in water and heat them for 8-10 minutes until saffron brews.
Then, remove the dregs by filtering.
Add lemon water and honey to cold water. Stir, until honey dissolves
Add peach pieces, sweet basil, ice, and saffron stock to cold water.
Put them in the fridge for an hour.
Your cooling drink is ready. Drink it cool.
